Mô tả công việc

- Teaching Assistant hours in class

+ Taking classes and substituting as requested

- Classroom Management

+ Support teachers in class/during the course

+ Assist, control and take care of students in class/during the course

+ Assign and mark homework

- Course Administration

+ Prepare and distribute course books, materials and merchandise

+ Update students with course progress information

+ Check students’ attendance daily. call parents for attendance

+ Prepare students for exams, Cambridge

+ Report any incidents or problems to OS

- Customer Care

+ Report students’ progress - results (monthly)

+ Support in delivering and collecting CSS from parents as well as in handling requests and complaints

+ Tutoring weak students

+ Support Events (end of course, enrichment, ESOL …)

+ Support in re-enrolment tasks when requested

- Others

+ Support centre when requested

+ Working Place: ILA Rach Gia,A11B-01Ton Duc Thang, Vinh Bao, Rach Gia, Kien Giang

Yêu cầu công việc

- University Degree (current university students from the 2nd year or above are also acceptable)

- Teaching

- Handling requests and complaints

- Communication

- Excellent English skills

- Microsoft Office

- Working by shifts
