Mô tả công việc

* Teaching Assistant hours in class

- Taking classes and substituting as requested

* Classroom Management

- Support teachers in class/during the course

- Assist, control and take care of students in class/during the course

- Assign and mark homework

* Course Administration

- Prepare and distribute course books, materials and merchandise

- Update students with course progress information

- Check students’ attendance daily. call parents for attendance

- Prepare students for exams, Cambridge

- Report any incidents or problems to OS

* Customer Care

- Report students’ progress - results (monthly)

- Support in delivering and collecting CSS from parents as well as in handling requests and complaints

- Tutoring weak students

- Support Events (end of course, enrichment, ESOL…)

- Support in re-enrolment tasks when requested

* Others

- Support centre when requested
