Job description

- Provide the product, process training to newbie agents and refresh training to existing agents.
- Make training plan and assessment for newbie agents.
- Ensure the training qualification and training passing rate.
- Coordinate with Teamlead and QC on training/coaching plan on requirement.
- Update training materials and ensure agents well trained updated knowlegde and information.
- Other tasks asigned by Operation Manager

Job requirement

- At least 6 month experience in telesales training position
- Experience in nutrition is a plus.
- Good at communication, training content preparation/customization.
- Good at training/ presentation skill.
