Mô tả công việc

- Manage operations of the team to comply with VAS, Tax regulation & internal policy.
- Manage operations of accounting function including: monthly & yearly accounting processes, AR & AP, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll & utilities, treasury & budgeting, revenue & expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, fix asset & debt activity.
- Monitor and analyze accounting data, and coordinate in producing financial reports or statement.
- Establish and enforce proper accounting policy and procedure.
- Coordinate and attend annual internal/ external, or any relevant audits, and take corrective actions to improve accounting system.
- Establish and maintain fiscal files and record to document transactions.
- Control bank facilities to catch up with operations’ requirements.
- Manage, update, and forecast cash flow weekly & monthly. Verify all payments before get approval from CFO.
- Guide the team to achieve departmental goals.
- Deal with other departments to make sure processes are running smoothly.
- Other tasks/ projects for improvement as assigned by Manager

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s Degree in Financial and Accounting, Auditing, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar capacity.
- ACCA is preferrable
- Understanding of finance & accounting management system, risk management
- Excellent communication skills, MS Office skills
- Leadership skills, problem solving skills, compliance
- Integrity, attention to details.
