Mô tả công việc

- Provide accurate costing to Customers within the deadlines, keep in mind the departmental KPI targets on Earning Per Minute (EPM), and prepare KPI achievements to present to the management.
- Review Bill of Materials (BOM) estimation to ensure the matching with costed FOB, and accurate data is input in the system.
- Review samples and highlight potential callouts related to high-risk styles. Coordinate with relevant teams on testing samples/ TOP samples, or any other samples as per customers’ requirements to meet OTD. Ensure all the samples and developments are on track to meet On Time Tracking (OTT).
- Ensure the Purchase Order (PO) is raised on time with accurate information and does not exceed costed EPM.
- Manage capacity with Customers, and Planning Team. Ensure capacity is utilized and released as per agreed deadline. Closely follow up factory’s planning team to ensure bulk production is on track and per line plan.
- Coordinate with Technical department / Development team to solve related issues from development stage to bulk production and final shipment.
- Reserve the capacity with Embellishment / Washing plants to meet target TNA.
- Ensure Sale Orders are closed on time by monitoring ERP system, related to sale orders’ status..
- Ensure all reports requested by Customers/ Management team are submitted accurately and timely. Develop and maintain healthy relationship with Customers/ Suppliers.
- Check emails and respond within 24 hours. Organize daily work execution in line with team’s Time & Action plan. Identify areas of risk and/ or challenges within assigned work activity and escalate to the immediate supervisor timely.
- Ensure set SOPs/ KPI target are communicated to the team and followed up the results. Monitor teams’ day-to-day activities, work with them to sort out any occured problem, and escalate to immediate supervisor, if needed, in a timely manner. Develop team to improve their capabilities and achieve departmental KPIs.
- Other tasks as assigned by Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s Degree in Apparel Merchandising, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Knowledge of garment manufacturing process, merchandising manual, apparel market trends, customers requirement, and logistics
- Excellent communication & presentation skills, MS Office skills
