Mô tả công việc

- Follow the import/ export plan and inform to related department.

- Solve the issues related to commercial functions.

- Update team on the latest news from Customs/ VCCI/ Customers/ Vietnamese Government.

- Review the liquidation for import and export shipments on system.

- Check and reconcile the quantity of import material on record versus actual, consumptions of each style and calculate the balance material.

- Check and re-collate export quantity with import material of each style in order to ensure it adheres to custom’s systems.

- Other tasks as assigned by Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

-Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, or related field.

- MS Office skills, Communication skills

- Attention to details, time management skills.
