Mô tả công việc

- Sales Management

- Develop sales plan

- Set up a specific program to promote sales to agents

- Take charge of wholesale and retail sales in the assigned area

- Collect and update information on the market

- Propose sales policies, and supervise sales activities

- Support staff in the monitoring room for retail activities

- Monitor the business activities of the agents: implement the policies and comply with KPI business indicators

- Management of market research activities:

- Formulate and organize the implementation of market research plans

- Gather information about competitors: products, business activities, marketing activities to support staff in the sales room; update the trend of the market

- Do resaerch on the market development of the products the company and make reports

- Analyze market forecast product trends in the short and long term

- Make monthly reports

- Other details will be discussed during interview

- Work at Phompenh, Cambodia

Yêu cầu công việc

- Male/Female

- Experience: At least 2 years as a Sales Manager / Market Researcher in the field retail

- Experience in retail sales, market research, financial analysis in large company is a plus

- Experience and in-depth knowledge of market, products, strengths and weaknesses of competitors analysis

- Language: Fluency in English

- Good computer skills
