Objectives:

  • Shape, define, and accelerate the digitalization to ensure the highest level of success for the organization

Job Descriptions:

  • Report directly to VP on metrics: Roadmap execution, status of tasks and line items, budget utilization, risks of the project
  • Responsible for the execution of Roadmap and the deadlines of roadmap as well as quality of delivery with agile mindset
  • Responsible for controlling the budget of Digitalizing Projects
  • Responsible for vendor selection and vendor utilization
  • KPIs: Roadmap execution, Project status, Project cost, Delivery quality
  • Other business support tasks as required.

工作要求

  • University degree or higher in ICT-related qualification
  • Industry knowledge in enterprise architecture, IT application, Digitalization
  • High Experience in building up multi-platform application of ERP system tool products
  • High Experience in building up the roadmap of Internal systems and processes and mapping to ERP system tools.
  • Project management skills in creating the method of costing, productivity, risk management and stakeholder management
  • Strong leadership & interpersonal skills in strategic thinking & acting, innovation and relationship management
