Mô tả công việc

A. After sale supporting:

• Co-ordinate with team members from different departments and customer for contract signing, performance and conclusion.

• Keep in touch with the customer during contract performance and report/update the information to the Manager.

B. Preparing related documents and support sale team for new business

C. Office managing:

• Assisting with office budget management, general office

• Organising travel and accommodation for staff and customers

• Providing administration support to Sales Reps, Property Managers and Senior Management

• Other related job as per manager’s requirements.

Yêu cầu công việc

•Graduation in management or trading

•Good written and verbal communication skills in English

• Knowledge of international trading

• Competent with Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook

• A minimum of three years’ experience in a similar position

• Good communication (written as well as verbal)

• Willingness and ability to work under varied conditions

• Good Working Relationships
