Mô tả công việc

- Be trained 3 months in Binh Duong (headquater) and then move to Vinh Phuc (Branch) for working. (Having the allowance for business fee and housing)
- Cooperate with Project team to follow-up orders from the progress of making PO, negotiating, signing contract, prodcution and delivery. Handle any arising issues in order progress.
- Work with forwarders, customs, port, shipping lines to declare customs and release goods from ports.
- Operate procurement process, included: negotiating the best price of purchased products, the most competitive payment terms and handling other terms and conditions in accordance with customer’s requests.
- Manage relationship with suppliers. Consult and select the appopriate suppliers according to the company’s purchasing strategy.
- Ensure supplying qualification by regularly updating related information about suppliers: capacity, products, shipment time, payment term, development orientation... to choose the most suitable suppliers.
- Be willing to travel and work permanently in the North of Vietnam (Vinh Phuc province)
- Perform other assignments from team leader and Board of Directors.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor Degree in major of Foreign Trade/Business Administration/Import - Export, or related fileds
- GPA equal 6.4 or up
- Communicate well in English
- Have the problem solving skill, communication skill, negotiation skill.
- Office Computer skill
