Mô tả công việc

-Acquire new customers and monitor to achieve sales plan.

- Prepare service level agreement and offer logistics service solutions to customers, sales contract, credit line.

-Coordinate with Operation team, LPC, carrier team and accounting team to provide services in accordance with the service level agreement or standard process and achieve customer satisfaction.

- Maintain and visit existing customers to achieve revenue plan as well as acquiring new opportunities/customers to serve logistics service solutions.

-Acquire customers’ requirements and design logistics solution with carrier management team and operation team. Then offer logistics service solution to the customers.

- Monitoring and collecting payment from customers as the committed credit term.

- Reporting Sales Progress/Result/Plan, customer satisfaction/feedback, market situation to Sales Manager and Management Team.

- Supporting for other Jobs and new project that is assigned by Sales Manager and Management

Yêu cầu công việc

-Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics / Sales & Marketing or related field

- Have at least 1-year experience in Logistics, Sales & Marketing, or related field

-Computer skills: good command of Word, Excel, PowerPoint

- Systematic mindset to work on system

-Logical thinking in problem solving

- Strong presentation and interpersonal skill, willing to work as a team.

-Good human relationship with the fresh and active criteria

-Good communication and collaboration in English

-Be able for business trip
