- Working with other Dept., Maintenance, HSE,Production,…doing tasks such as scheduling material purchases and deliveries and verifying current inventory.
- Issue Purchase Orders to pricing, terms & conditions that are negotiated and agreed to by company. Ensure suppliers adherence to established agreements.
- Analyze purchase prices that accurately reflect usage for budgetary control of the process.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Support procurement to ensure that a business has a constant supply of consumable goods, or MRO, service.
- Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Monitor suppliers price, delivery, quality, and service performance.
- Schedule purchase and Delivery.
- Ensure that the payment terms are optimized.

*** Location: Phu My Industrial Park, BR-VT (Transportation by company bus: HCMC (Thu Duc) - Factory (Phu My II) – Vung Tau City).
*** Working hour: Official working hours (Mon - Fri).

Requisito de emprego

- Female. Age: 22 - 30. Graduated from College above, major in Economics field.
- Have experience in Procurement from 06 months to 01 year.
- Good English Communication (Fluency in Speaking and Writing).
- Knowledge of procurement processes, policies and procedures.
- Strong emphasis on accuracy and detail.
