Mô tả công việc

1- Market intelligence: market insights, data, trends study & update.
2- Lease space management with designated occupancy rate, total revenue & debt rate requirements
3- Advise on design of lease space: advise design & technical team on the floor plan design and technical infrastructure of the lease spaces; advise on conversion of unused space/storeroom into lease space.
4- Devise leasing plan & tenant mix: propose tenant mix plan and target tenants; estimate potential rental income of each space; help to build business plan for each site.
5- Find tenants & negotiate leases: devise and implement rental advertising plan for each site; contact potential tenants; negotiate lease conditions and documentation; assist admin & legal team on contract drafting and signing.
6- Manage existing leases: manage existing leases and relationship with tenants; follow-up rent payment and debt; assist accounting team on debt collection.
7- Assist on daily operation: coordinate and assist local team on daily operation of lease spaces; coordinate with technical manager on maintenance & repair of technical equipment.
8- Lease out advertising billboards: find tenants and manage rental contracts of billboard and advertising spaces.
9- Coordination with store director, legal team & other departments to ensure KPIs met.
10- Other tasks assign by Line Manager

Yêu cầu công việc

1- University degree.
2- At least 3 years of experience as leasing manager, broker, leasing agent or consultant (ideally in retail and/or office market); must demonstrate the ability to reach a large network of potential tenants (for office & retail)
3- Strong business acumen, proactive, autonomous, resourceful, flexible, result-driven
4- Excellent sales & negotiation skills
5- Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), good drafting skills (LOI, MOU, lease documentation, etc.)
6- Vietnamese (English is not compulsory but is a serious advantage)

- Đối với cấp CV, mình sẽ được mua thêm bảo hiểm ngoài cho bản thân (hiện đang sử dụng bảo hiểm Bảo Việt, áp dụng sau thời gian thử việc)
- 1 năm có 15 ngày phép
- KPI bonus là 3 tháng, có phụ cấp tiền cơm, tiền đt và laptop làm việc và gửi xe
- Thời gian làm việc là từ thứ 2 đến thứ 6, 8h sáng đến 5h chiều
