RESPONSIBILITIES
– Assist President in planning and implementing target strategies, solutions, and general management plans for the company.
– Track, urge, inspect, supervise, and coordinate with relevant units to implement work plans assigned by President.
– Coordinate and compile meeting reports.
– Attend meetings with President, record and prepare minutes. Follow up on action items arising from the meeting.
– Conduct analysis on commercial initiation to produce summary to President.
– Act as project coordinator of the project in which President is the project owner.

REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor or master’s degree in Economics, Business administration or other related.
2. Have experience working in similar role or international consulting firm is a big plus.
3. Have experience in planning, managing, organizing, and storing records scientifically.
4. Strong in strategic planning, reporting and power point presentation preparation.
5. Strong business acumen, strong interpersonal skills and professional with Finance/Business analysis background would be an advantage.
6. Fluent in English and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
