Mô tả công việc

- Analyze current marketing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with the marketing team to gather requirements and understand business objectives.
- Design and implement lean systems and methodologies to optimize marketing operations and drive results.
- Maintain & update existing PowerApps tools & Power BI work
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Microsoft Power BI to track key marketing metrics and communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and data analytics, to ensure seamless integration of all IT solutions.
- Train and guide how to use lean tools for all team members.
- Apply, train and drive the lean culture for all team members
- 5S Implementation and maintain

Yêu cầu công việc

- Degree or Diploma in relevant area
- Overall knowledge of training and development
- Lean Belt/ Lean certification is a plus
- English communication skills in verbal and written
