업무 설명서

Provide finance leadership to the Accounting & Finance team and the business
Prepare and manage the budget using professional model
Develop & implement procedures, policies and internal controls
Chance and risk analysis
Seeking the short-long time loan for business development
Discuss with BOD about the business strategy and financial planning
Evaluate the business case and investment proposal
Contribute to the ongoing improvement of controlling process and reporting from newly implemented ERP AX Dynamic system
Responsible for Financial statement
Responsible for the monthly package (Management report)
Responsible for the rebate and payment schedule
Responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of management reports in AP, AR, GL, Inventory
Responsible for the accurate and timely preparation and submission of local statutory / tax to the relevant government authorities. Also, build a strong relationship with the authorities.
Coordinates and assists department heads in the preparation and implementation of the business’s annual business plan.
Implements and maintains effective accounting practices and procedures as required by corporate policy; generally accepted accounting principles – VAS, local legal requirements and regulations.
Prepare ad-hoc financial reports as required.
Streamline and conduct process improvement in Finance and Accounting Team to support business growth

작업 요구 사항

- University degree in Accounting, Accounting - Auditing, Finance

- At least 10 years experience in Accounting, Finance field and at least 5 years at the same position in retail food, F&B or FMCG company

- Good commands of English skills.

- Tax knowledge, especially in VAT return

- Having CPA/ACCA or other equivalent professional qualifications would be an added advantage

- Ability to work effectively in a high growth working environment and a rapidly changing organization

- Strong interpersonal, organizational, time management, problem-solving skills

- Good leadership and communication skills
