Mô tả công việc

* To be the leader for the company’s key accounts businesses.
- Handling key accounts ad-hoc, monthly, quarterly, and yearly and all kinds of rate inquiry in collaborating with all internal departments, national HQ, regional HQ and global HQ personnel.
- Addressing and resolving key clients’ complaints. Developing a thorough understanding of key accounts’ needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions.
- Negotiating contracts with key accounts and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client’s long-term goals.
- Attending regular meetings, conferences, workshops conducted by clients or HQ offices.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as up-sell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximize the benefits by closely monitoring internal/external corporators/teams/divisions/departments.
- Achieving and exceeding key accounts’ KPIs.
- Key Accounts Analysis.
- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.
- Compiling regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.

* To be a manager
- Set up internal SOPs, KPIs, and Workflows for the team following customers’ demands, requirements from the management side.
- Provide regular education/training sessions to the department staff and ensure the SOPs, workflows are being implemented properly to meet the company and customers’ KPIs set forth.
- Follow up, monitor department staff to follow the SOP and timeliness as in the due deadline.

- Working hours: 8: 00 - 17: 35, Monday to Friday.
- Address: Duy Tan - Cau Giay - Ha Noi.
- Interview : 2 rounds of interview will be conducted (1st round with BM, 2nd round with GD)

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s degree or above related in Marketing, business administration, sales, or relevant field.
- Four to five years’ previous work experience in sales, management, key account management, or relevant.
- English must be at advanced level (4 skills)
- In-depth understanding of company key clients and their position in the industry.
- Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories.
- Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead.
