  • Developing and executing lead generation campaigns that support business objectives, including the creation of targeted lists, email, cold call and social media outreach
  • Working with the marketing team to create high-quality content that will be used in lead generation campaigns
  • Analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in lead generation campaigns
  • Managing budget for lead generation campaigns and tracking ROI
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest lead generation practices and tools Developing processes and systems to streamline lead generation activities
  • Monitoring and reporting on the progress of lead generation campaigns Identifying and troubleshooting issues with lead generation campaigns
  • Adjusting campaign strategies as needed to achieve desired results
  • Collaborating with the sales team to ensure leads are being followed up on in a timely manner
  • Providing feedback to the marketing team to improve future campaigns

仕事の要件

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales
  • Proven track record of successful lead generation campaigns
  • Experience with CRM, lead generation and cold email automation software
  • Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Have good communication, persuasion and presentation skills to advise Business Development Lead on market strategy
  • Creative thinker with the ability to come up with innovative solutions
  • Goal-and customer-orientation
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
