Descrizione del lavoro

- Follow up sale contracts, NDA, agreements and other documents.

- Work closely with Sales Manager, Pre-Sale Manager for relating works

- Check payment terms, due date and ask accountant/finance team to prepare payment requests, invoices to send to clients monthly.

- Work with accountant to collect payments and keeps accounts receivables up to date.

- Check invoices, payment requests from vendors and third-party and prepare payment list to submit to Finance team and relevant authorities for approval.

- Arrange bookings of hotel, flight for staff’s business trip.

- Assist Operation Manager for paperwork, translation, folder arrangement…

- Support Country Manager for secretary tasks, arrange meetings, agendas…

- Other tasks assigned when necessary

Requisiti di lavoro

- Male/Female. Age 25-35

- Bachelors Degree in English language/Economics/Marketing

- At least 01 year of experience in Assistant job

- A sense of customer service, good team player

- Good communication skills

- Good computer skills, especially Google, Excel & PowerPoint

- Good command of Vietnamese and English (written & verbal)
