Descrizione del lavoro

1. Market analysis & Sales strategy (70%):
- Tracking & know exactly the market situation of Branch / Sales Store/ Brand / CAT
- Understanding problems & reason through market activity - Suggest solutions & implementation methods? (Strategy development)
- Sales forecasting & planning Monthly, Quarterly sales targets & accompanying support
- Prepare process, necessary indicators to track sales strategy & feedback (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Analyze the results & evaluate the effectiveness of the strategy & expense
- Work-with with Sales Man weekly, working together with Sales Man & seeing the results and efficiency
- Report performance results and evaluation
- Making AOP yearly, monitor implementation to ensure target achievement & review and evaluate.
2. New products launching (30%):
- Follow up new product launching schedule, cooperate with MKT and related section on preparation progress.
- Build sales strategy
- Planning supply & requirements for products.
- Plan to provide the samples product & monitor implementation.
- Making new product training documents, videos & tracking implementation, effective of training
- Building processes related to tracking results, new product effectiveness.
- Collecting survey feedback on new products, share & exchange with relevant departments

Requisiti di lavoro

- Graduated from University with major in: Economics, BA, Marketing,....
- At least 2 years of experience in related role such as Sales performance, Sales analysis, Sales strategy, Sales planning, Sales force effectiveness strategic planning,...
- Good at using Microsoft Office (MS word, excel, PPT), have experience in VBA, Marcro is plus.
- Have experience or passion in Electronic & Phone.
- Proactive self-starter, good communication, maintains a systemic organized approach to completing tasks, is extremely sales supporting oriented, consistently works well with others and expresses an interest in understanding & developing sales activity.
- Detail-oriented, multi-tasking and work under high pressure.
- Languge : VietNam/ English.

Office hours: Monday- Friday, off on 2 Saturday and 4 Sunday.
