Descrizione del lavoro

- Welcome the visitors to the company.
- Responsible for call center, answer and instruct through telephone calls or on site.
- Arrange and register the meeting/training room.
- Receive and transfer post documents to related departments.
- Manage and update internal phone list.
- Register and issue the locker’s key.
- Check and record the in/out assets
- Monitor, control the guard’s performance daily and report to line manager.
- Support to proceed purchasing for IT and office facilities.
- Order, track and issue stationary quarterly.
- Manage, issue taxi card and record the cost of taxi card monthly.
- Support to checking new/renew contracts with vendors, landlord...
- Book air-ticket, hotel, and transportation… for business trip of employees.
- Prepare cake, fruit, water …for guest visitors.
- Support company events.
- Perform administrative tasks and provide support to office operation under the management and coordination of line manager.

Requisiti di lavoro

- Experience 1+ year in a similar role;
- Has strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and develop effective relationships;
- Ability to work through flexibly and collaboratively in team environment to meet changing organizational requirements;
- Excellent management, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Has good negotiation skills
- Analytical thinking and problem solving.
- Ability to work independently, team-work.
- Proficiency in English is prefer.
