Descrizione del lavoro

- Carrying out assigned tasks related to the legal issues on real estate projects (industrial parks, C&R projects), legal matters related to the company’s activities and operation.
- Advising and consulting Departments on the legal issues related to all business activities of the company.
- Drafting, reviewing, vetting the contracts, transaction and internal documents before submitting such documents to the legal manager for signing.
- Maintaining legal compliance for operation of the Company;
- Legal research and legal update;
- Coordinating with other members of legal team and other teams to complete the tasks that legal team is responsible for;
- Other tasks assigned by management from time to time.
*** Location: An Lu - Thuy Nguyen - Hai Phong.
*** Daily working time: Mon-Fri (7:30 – 16:30) & 1 Sat/ month (7:30 - 12:00).

Requisiti di lavoro

- Male, university degree in Laws.
- Fresh or having working experience in the field of legal consultancy.
- Good English language skills (qualified to deal directly with foreigners and review contracts, transaction in English).
- Good computer skills, proficient in office software: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
