Descrizione del lavoro

- Guide to control and check daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly accounting operations.

- Check the balance between detailed and general accounting data.

- Control, check the reports, tax statistics, the industrial park management board monthly, daily, quarterly and annually.

- Check and control the original records of accounting documents.

- Support the Chief Accountant in developing the necessary processes.

- Support to make and check some reports of the department.

- Periodically summarize and monitor the backlog of the department and report to the Chief Accountant.

- Deploy and monitor the implementation of the directives of the BOD and Chief Accountant to the staff in the department.

- Proposing and proposing remedial measures to improve.

- Other jobs as assigned by Chief Accountant.

*** Work location: Quang Minh IP, Le Linh, Ha Noi.

*** Date of working: Mon-Fi, 8:00- 16:30, 3 Sat off/month.

*** Company bus provided: Duong lang St, Nhat Tan --> Quang Minh IP.

Requisiti di lavoro

- Graduated from University with major in Accounting - Auditing.

- Professional experience: 2 years or more in general accounting position.

- Having accounting professional capacity, ability to synthesize and master the accounting regime.

- Self-organize, arrange and develop a plan to perform assigned tasks.

- Know how to synthesize and analyze reports. Perform duties accurately and in accordance with regulations.

- Soft skills: Fluently use office computer applications: word, excel..., English, Japanese preferred.

- Other requirements: Honesty, carefulness, hard work, communication skills, management skills, leadership skills, time management, teamwork and independence.

- Experience working in a manufacturing company is preferred.
