* The ideal candidate will have no less than 1 year of experience within the real estate investment sector. You will be involved in the cycle of investment including working with the government, searching, deal execution, banking procedure, and investment management.
- Seek out real estate investment opportunities focusing on residential land bank available to build villas and Apartment Complexes.
- Evaluate investment portfolios depending on selling price, market supply & demand, payment method, and develop the schedule.
- Corporate with related departments to process in execution steps: searching, contract negotiation, valuing & evaluating due diligence.
- Evaluate & follow up after investment.

Yêu cầu công việc

- No less than 1 year of hands-on working experience in related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree in Financial or Urban Planning/ Architecture/ Civil Engineering is a preferred background.
- Fluent in English or Chinese speaking.
- Strong valuation skills, quick adaptation ability, and strong negotiation skills.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, multi-tasking, and working under high pressure.
