Mô tả công việc

1. Student Support
• Be the main contact point for IELTS students after signing the contract until the end of their IELTS course via email
• Handle IELTS Student cases/ IELTS Class
• Follow-up every 2 weeks with current IELTS students to coach and motivate them to study, finish the course, complete their assignments and take the IELTS exam
• Proactively seek feedback on the class from the IELTS students and deliver to the Center Head of Teaching at the center as necessary

2. Administration
• Create and manage the list of IELTS Students to monitor their progress,
• Register students for the IDP test
• Manage the Online IELTS Platform, using it to organize classes and monitor student attendance and progress
• Manage the IELTS materials with the supplier and ensure the centers have the relevant materials for staff and students (including speakers)

3. Process Building & Compliance
• Build and maintain a set of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and FAQs for IELTS when needed
• Work with the Sales Trainer to ensure all Sales Staff are aware and updated on IELTS SOPs and product and help answer their questions

4. Class Management
• Finalizing the date, time, and teacher and open the class before sending emails to center for EC to book.
• Support calling and booking student into class

5. Brand Ambassador
• Have a deep understanding of the Wall Street English Method, product line and value proposition
• Believe in and promote Wall Street English at all times
• Behave professionally and represent the company well at all times with students both inside and outside the school

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Minimum IELTS Academic band score: 5.0 overall
  • Minimum academic requirement: IELTS experience preferred
  • Demonstrate intermediate fluency in English
  • Energetic, friendly and customer oriented
