- Aligning teaching and learning with the requirements of the client on the Japanese skill for employee.

- Engaging students as inquirers and thinkers and to encourage students to become actively responsible for their own learning.

- Building on what students know and can do and engaging students in reflecting on how, what and why they are learning.

- Addressing human commonality, diversity and multiple perspectives, and the diversity of student language needs, including those for students learning in a language(s) other than mother tongue.

- The language development of each student.

- Using a range and variety of strategies for teaching and learning.

- Differentiating instruction to meet students’ learning needs and styles.

- Developing student attitudes and skills that allow for meaningful student action - Fostering a stimulating learning environment based on understanding and respect.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Fluency in Japanese language - the candidate must possess excellent command over the Japanese language and should be able to read, write and speak fluently

- Teaching experience - the candidate must have prior experience in teaching Japanese language to students of different age groups and proficiency levels

- Certification in Japanese language - the candidate must possess a recognized certification in teaching Japanese language such as JLPT (Japanese Language Proficiency Test) or equivalent

- Ability to develop course materials - the candidate should be able to create and develop course materials, lesson plans, and assessments in accordance with the curriculum and the needs of the students

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - the candidate should have strong communication skills, be patient, empathetic, and should be able to establish a rapport with the students

- Flexibility - the candidate should be flexible with their teaching approach and should be able to adapt and modify the course materials according to the learning pace and needs of the students

- Passion for teaching - the candidate should have a genuine passion for teaching and should be committed to improving the learners’ proficiency in the Japanese language
