- At least two years of experience in equivalent positions.
- EXPERIENCE IN THE TEXTILE INDUSTRY is required.
- Having good understanding of manufacturing, especially thegarmentindustry that applies clean room standards.
- Knowledge about ISO 9001, 13485, 11135, MDR, MDSAP.
- Being proficient in English, Microsoft Office, reporting skills.
- Effective connection, reconciliation and problem-solving skills.
- Brilliant manufacturing mindset: lean, kaizen, modernisation, and industry 4.0.
- Team management and people development skills.
- Being able to work under high pressure, to move between factories.
