Description de l’emploi

- Responsible for bear and Usmile etc home appliances in Vietnam market.

- Survey and analyze home appliances market, assist in formulating the overall go-to-market strategy which include: Products, price, position, channel strategy, sales target and promotion etc.

- Developing and maintain good relationships with the major channels, such as Dienmayxanh, Mediamart, Nguyenkim, Coopmart,Aeon etc.

- Manage annual/quarterly & monthly sell in/sell through/sellout/inventory/Promotion etc of wholesalers/retailers etc to achieve the sales target.

- Effectively carry out market research, demand collection, industry development foresight and work closely with director to improve product optimization.

Exigences de l’emploi

Required experience / skills detail:

- Fluent English or Chinese, bachelor degree or above.

- Working in Home Appliance etc consumer electronics industries is preferred.

- 5 years or above working experience.

- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Passionate, strong sense of teamwork.
