Descripción del trabajo

- Developing and implementing business plans in line with the Companys orientation to develop the Sales team, in order to increase sales.

- Responsible for managing and assigning sales targets to Sales Officers.

- Responsible for achieving individual sales targets and business group sales targets assigned by the Director (International sea freight and air freight).

- Reporting the groups business results and other assigned tasks periodically or irregularly to the Director.

Requerimiento de trabajo

- University graduate or higher related to majors in Logistics, International Business, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Logistics, or related specialties.

- Having at least 03 years of experience in the Logistics position.

- Having a good relationship with the shipping line, airline (Maersk, OOCL, ONE,…)

- Ability to effectively exploit the available customer sources of the company to obtain the revenue and profits target.

- Proficient in office computers: Word, Excel. Knowing how to use FAST PRO software is an advantage.

- Having good leadership skills.

- Having good knowledge of English and Chinese in communication, reading, and writing well. IELTS: 5.5 or equivalent English Certificates.

- TARGET 2.5-3.0/month.
