Descripción del trabajo

- Researching, giving advice to customers related to the company’s Logistics services such as Air freight rate, Sea freight (LCL/FLC), Inland Haulage Charge, Customs declaration agency services, warehouse rental services, …

- Developing and enhancing the relationship with new potential customers and maintaining the relationship with current customers.

- Drafting service offers for new customers, participating in negotiations, making service contracts, and monitoring the contract implementation process.

- Reporting work results periodically or unexpectedly.

Requerimiento de trabajo

- University graduate or higher related to majors in International Business, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Logistics, or related specialties.

- Having at least 01 year of experience in the relevant fields.

- Proficient in office computers: Word, Excel. Know how to use professional email management and writing software.

- Ability to be sensitive, dynamic, creative, and confident in work. Well adapted to a volatile and high-pressure working environment.

- Good communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

- Having good situational skills, time management, and effective conflict resolution.

- Priority: Have good knowledge of English and Chinese in communication, reading, and writing well. IELTS: 5.5 or equivalent English Certificates. Knowing how to use a FAST PRO.

- TARGET 2.5-3.0/month
