Job description

We have offices in HCM and HaNoi, and our clients are IT software companies.

We offer Vietnamese IT engineers on-site or remotely for client`s development projects.

【Work Detail】

・Search for IT clients looking for Vietnamese engineers onsite or remote

・Search for Vietnamese IT engineer candidates

・Deep knowledge of SNS such as Facebook and Linkdin

・Deal with problems when they arise with engineer candidates or clients.

・Creation of proposals, quotations, and contracts

弊社は、お客様の開発プロジェクトに、ベトナム人ITエンジニアをonsite又はremoteで提案しています。

【仕事内容】

・onsiteやremoteでベトナム人エンジニアを求めてるITクライントを探す

・ベトナム人ITエンジニア候補者を探す

・FacebookやLinkdinなどSNSの知識は深い

・エンジニア候補者やクライアントとのトラブルが起きたとき、トラブル対応をする

・提案書、見積書、契約書の作成

Job requirement

【Experience】

・Over 2 years of IT recruiting experience

・Over 2 years of experience searching for IT candidates on-site or remotely

・Over 2 years of IT sales experience

・Those who work hard to achieve KPIs

・Microsoft can be used

【経験】

・2年以上のITリクルート経験者

・オンサイトやリモートでIT候補者を探した経験が2年以上

・2年以上のIT営業経験

・KPIを達成するために、一生懸命働く方

・Microsoftが使える
