JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a Wholesale Manager to join our team and oversee the expansion of our wholesale account network. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a wholesale sales strategy that maximizes revenue and profitability while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and identifying new business opportunities.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop and implement a strategic plan to expand the wholesale account network and achieve sales targets

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue and profitability

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing wholesale customers, providing exceptional customer service and support

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential threats and opportunities

- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and materials that support wholesale sales efforts

- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements with wholesale customers, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction

- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reporting to senior management

- Manage and train the wholesale sales team, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to achieve sales targets

- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including pricing and credit policies

- Travel as necessary to meet with customers and attend industry events .

Job requirement

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

- 5+ years of experience in wholesale sales, preferably in the fashion industry

- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and opportunities

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with CRM software

- Fluent in Vietnamese and English

- Self-motivated, result-driven individual with a passion for sales and fashion.
