- Directing and managing the manufacturing and non manufacturing operations to ensure that the objectives of the organization are achieved in terms of production, quality and delivery.

- Maintaining close coordination with the administration and production to ensure that daily operational objectives are met and working cross functionally with the staff to ensure the success of the utility services.

- Maintaining a proper management information system to ensure that the relevant information is forwarded to the management through meetings or formal channels to take appropriate decisions.

- Leading, guiding, monitoring and improving team performance to ensure that employee knowledge and capabilities are continuously enhanced to meet current and future requirements

- Conducting meetings to identify the failures and rejects, subsequently reworking and applying the effective use of problem solving tools and techniques to eliminate the root cause of problems.

- Other tasks.
