Mô tả công việc

- Work with Multiple Customers on costing, ensure all costing for product is accurate and achieves the set profitability targets

- Work with Customer on capacity reservation, work closely with the Planning Manager with regard to monitoring planning board and order confirmations

- Manage customer relationships & customer Key Performance’s to achieve sales & Net Profit targets to meet Dept. objectives

- Manage the merchandising team effectively to ensure fabric and components Estimate Time Arrival (ETA) are on time according to production schedule to meet garment deliveries

- Review profitability of styles, product categories, and delivery performance, manufacturing capacity for seasons and carry out necessary actions immediately

- Ensure follow-up charts are being done on a regular basis and make respective personnel informed on Letter of credit and cash requirements

- Recruit suitable and competent staff and identify training needs that make both the individual and the company improved

- Implement and improve systems to ensure smooth running of the department

- Attend the CP meeting weekly and other management meetings when required

- Allocate works to staffs of the group, guide and help them perform their tasks, help to solving problem in case in needed

- Perform other duties as assigned by Management
