* Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operating an inbound and outbound inside sales to serve the customers.
- Ability to handle incoming/ outgoing calls inside sales campaign.
- Build qualify campaign leads.
- Covert leads into orders.
- Capture call information with dates, customer inputs, sales journey in SFDC, reasons for disqualification of leads.
- Follow up with the qualified customers via email.
- In the absence of the customer information in given database, search the web for the customer contact information.
- Maintain a customer database as provided.
- Conduct mini-projects as requested.
- Ability to handle complaints and enquiries that raised.
- Ability to use the computer-based tools (CRM tool, Knowledge Base application, etc.) in order to effectively respond to consumer inquiries.
- Phenomenal interpersonal skills, plus self-motivation, tenacity and a ‘can do’attitude.
- Experience handling a high-volume workload.
- Proficiency in both Thai/Bahasa Indonesian and English will be preferable
* WFO & WFH Setup (Temporary to be deployed in Vietnam until borders are open will work in Malay)
* Base Salary while in Vietnam MYR3,600 + 20%. Then will change to 4,000 MYR base pay + 20% once already in KL.

Stellenanforderung

- Minimum 1 year B2B Sales experience
- A degree holder
- With outbound sales experience , cold calling and solution selling.
- Background in healthcare hospital equipment is a plus.
