Mô tả công việc

- Order Processing: Handle order data and coordinate the order to receiving partner - manufacturing - packaging - shipping process

- Receive and respond to customers’ feedback and complaints through different channels such as email, fanpage, etc.

- Work with suppliers, shipping carriers and customers to handle any issues rising from the manufacturing and shipping process

- Work with factory and third party shipping companies to improve and optimize the Fulfillment process. Propose solutions to shorten the manufacturing and shipping time.

- Enhance customer engagement and customer retention rate through email marketing campaigns.


Yêu cầu công việc

- Fresher is prefered

- Creative, can work efficiently under pressure

- Analytical approach to tasks

- Attention to detail

- Positive thinking and ability to work in a team

- Good command in English (Writing, Reading)

- Qualification: 5.5 IELTS or equivalent.


Quyền lợi công việc

- Full-time monthly starting salary: 8 - 11 Millions VND

- Probation period: 2 months, receive 90% of the starting salary

- Salary and Job level review: Every 6 months

- Working time:

● Morning from 9 a.m - 12:30 p.m,

● Noon from 1:30 p.m - 6 p.m,

● Monday to Friday + Saturday morning
