Mô tả công việc

* Analysis and Report
- Prepare data and dashboard periodically to make sure all reports be up-to-date and accuracy.
- Provide analysis to higher level to drive the business foward.
- Design automated reporting and provide recommendation to business users.
- Do forecasting based on data model to assist in strategic decision.
- Solve any ad-hoc request quickly by data mining and data analysis skills.
- Communicate regularly with other teams to understand their information needs and space for improvement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge and skill on BI tools and analytic methodologies.
* Data management
- Gather data from multiple sources inside and outside the company.
- Work with internal Data teams to evolve key performance metrics and provide actionable, new insights.
- Actively seek to optimize existing Data Management processes and standards.
- Troubleshoot data-related issues

Yêu cầu công việc

* Knowledges
- Advanced knowledge in SQL. Experience in Oracle database is a plus.
- Bachelor degree in Business, Statistics, Information Science or relevant majors.
- Experience in E-commerce/Retail operation and optimization.
- Python knowledge is a plus.
* Skills
- Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on data-driven decision making.
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Be result-driven, precise, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure and under tight timelines.
- Social & relationship skills: good interpersonal skill, work well independently and management skill.
* Behavior
- Dynamic, hardworking, responsible.
- Willingness to learn new skills.
* Education: Bachelor degree in Business, Statistics, Information Science or relevant majors.
* Experience: Preferably 1 years+ of working experience in Data Analyst
* Language: good English
* Computers skills: SQL, MS Office (Excel)
