Mô tả công việc

- Lead the implementation of ERP and other software implementation projects.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports.

-Communicate project progress, constraints, and risks to stakeholders, and escalating issues as needed.

-Managing vendor relationships and contracts related to software implementation projects.

-Develop and maintain dashboards to provide stakeholders with actionable insights on key performance indicators.

- Identify opportunities to optimize and streamline business processes through software and system improvements.

-Facilitate user training and providing ongoing support for new software implementations.

-Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to software implementation projects.

Yêu cầu công việc

-Bachelor or master degree in computer science, information technology, engineering or a related field.

- Experience in project management and implementation of ERP systems, preferably in the apparel manufacturing industry.

-Advanced proficiency in office 365 and Data visualization tools

-Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into system requirements.

-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with Excellent Proficiency in English Language

-Stake holder & Vendor management skills

-Change Management skills.
