- Education: University graduate in business administration, legal, finance or related field of study.
- Technical/ Professional/ Specific Competency Requirements:
- Good business acumen with solid knowledge of insurance and financial products.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skill.
- Understand of regulatory guidelines and risk control.
- Experience in team/people management.
- Relevant working experience: At least 2-3 years of working experience in life insurance (preferable)
- Required language: Strong written and spoken in English.
- Be open-minded and self-motivated with good communication, interpersonal, problem solving skill
- Strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure.
