职位描述

- Manage reservation team, arrange schedule work
- Receive reservations from OTA channels, hotline, email, social network
- Consulting customers about the company‘s products
- Manage the list of guests coming and going,
- Make general revenue reports

工作要求

- Fluent in English, have at least 2 years of experience in the service industry and reservation.
- Able to work under high pressure and have a sense of responsibility
- Able to lead team to get targets.
