职位描述

- Take responsible of new department of metal product from designing and making mould, die casting and finishing.
- Make plan for production, maintenance of machinery; assign tasks to sections & manage resources in order to meet the quality requirements and the goal of reducing production costs.
- Lead, manage and train your team to improve working methods and control systems.
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards.
- Promulgate work procedures.
- Other tasks according to the requests of the Production Manager.
*** Working time: 7:30 ~16:30, Mon-Sat
*** Working place: Thuan An, Binh Duong.

工作要求

- Under 40 years old. Bachelor degree in Mechanical.
- At least 5 years of experience in die casting (zinc alloy), at manager level.
- Fluent in English (contact directly to parent company).
- Having good leadership and organizational skills.
- Able to work under high pressure.
- Self-sufficient transportation.
