- Seeking a dynamic role in a harness manufacturing plant focusing on:
- Product and Equipment Engineering: Engage in vital engineering tasks, shaping the future of harness manufacturing.
- Collaboration and Innovation: Partner with supervisors and team members on exciting new projects and product launches, driving progress.
- Process Excellence and Quality Management: Oversee production preparation, technology transfer, and equipment maintenance, while innovatively addressing technical and quality challenges to enhance operational efficiency.

工作要求

- High School Graduates: Required minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing technology or quality control.
- College and University Graduates: Required minimum of 1 year of experience in manufacturing technology or quality control.
- Seeking Electrical Engineering graduates or those with experience in electrical manufacturing (e.g., circuit board assembly, electrical product production).
