EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND & WORK EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (major in Mechanical/ Mechatronics Engineering)
- 2-4 years in an industrial manufacturing plant
- Systematic & logical approach

TRAITS & SKILLS
- Good command of English
- Results / Cost Orientation
- Project / Task Management
- Responsiveness / Flexible / Willing to Learn
- Loyalty / Adhere to company’s policies
- Reporting (commercial, technical, quality, safety) & stakeholder management
- Process management (e.g. applying PDCA, KPI, etc.)
- Problem analysis and problem solving (e.g. 8D)
- Special Skills: Lean production systems (BPS)
- Cooperation (openness, ability to integrate & work in team).
