职位描述

Customer Service
a. Providing schools with updates on how each class is doing overall
b. Sending/sharing reports with the relevant schools
c. Collecting formal and informal feedback from schools
d. Being available to contact during school operating hours


2. Student management
a. Monitoring students’ progress on the program
b. Identifying students who need tutoring (with the teacher)
c. Checking in with students regularly to assess their progress and feeling toward the program
d. Collecting formal and informal student feedback


3. Coordinating with teachers
a. Checking in with Atlantic’s teachers regularly to get feedback on how things are going with each class and to follow up on any issues raised
b. Being available to contact prior/during/following class times
c. Observing students’ behavior and performance in lessons


4. Resolving school issues
a. Following up on issues raised by schools
b. Identifying potential problems and working with relevant schools to resolve them


5. Administrative tasks
a. Preparing and maintaining operations documents and reports
b. Ensuring student records are kept up to date

工作要求

Essential
● Vietnamese national
● Holder of Bachelor’s degree
● Proactive, interpersonal and detail-oriented
● Good communication skills, both in English and Vietnamese
● Computer literacy – MS Office/Google applications

Preferred
● English language proficiency of B2 (IELTS 6.5) or higher
● Experience working in the education field
● Experience of operations or customer service
