职位描述

- Handle to check supporting document for Local purchasing invoice: contract/PO, custom declaration, cost center, correct account, delivery note matching with MIGO
- Handle to posting MIRO in SAP
- Prepare document list for local payment.
- Prepare Tooling and spare part report monthly
- Prepare travelling expense report monthly
- Prepare Allocated prepaid expense report
- Handle to reconciliation local payable account and prepaid local vendor in SAP
- Prepare other related expense report divided by direct /indirect/ salaried monthly
- Record Payment document in well order
- Follow up charge back vendor if any
- Handle to clear vendor Local VND in SAP
- Handle to work with Auditor / Tax inspector in responsible field
- Other task related by supervisor and Manager assigned

工作要求

- Education:Accounting college or University degree
- Experience: 2 years of experience as AP accountant
- Have basic knowledge of Finance Management and Viet Nam accountant standard
- Will be given priority if you can use SAP software
- Good English
