职位描述

IT Senior Executive is expected to display good interpersonal skill as he needs to interact with colleagues from various departments and executive level.He is required to listen to their IT technical needs, understand their problems, and implement solutions for them.

IT Responsibilities

- Installation and configuration of hardware and software components to ensure usability

- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues

- Ensuring electrical safety standards are met

- Repair or replace damaged hardware

- Upgrading the company entire system to enable compatible software on all computers/laptops.

- Installation and upgrading anti-virus software to ensure security at the users’ level

- Performing test and evaluation of new hardware and software

- Providing support to users and being first point of contact for error Reporting

- Establishing good relationship with all departments and colleagues

- Conducting daily backup operation

- Managing technical documentation and assets

- Managing server’s operation and optimal performance for the group

工作要求

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related IT field

- 5 years and above experience in computer network and system Maintenance

- ERP

- Good interpersonal skill

- Proficient in database programming and software installation

- Attention to details

- Good problems solving skills
