职位描述

- Prepare sales contract due to indication from Sales Department

- Prepare and check all necessary & exactly shipping documents due to standard and requirement from each different customer/supplier/products

- Coordinate with suppliers from Foreign countries for all information relative logistics part of company (such as: shipment time, shipping documents, etc) and all technique documents under requirement from customers and manager’s guidance.

- Follow up/ pushing for shipments for surely on time

- Coordinate with customers regularly for information relative shipment and shipping documents information details to guarantee all information exactly and workable to clear goods

- Sorting all documents relative follow rules of company

- Report to manager every day/ week/ month about situation of logistics part

- Support/ assist to Sales Department for some issues relative logistics and suppliers information

- Can work under high pressure environment

工作要求

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree, Logistics/ Economics/ Foreign Trade/ Transportation or equivalent.

- Good knowledge of international freight forwarding and logistics, in terms of multimodal transportation (all-water services, inland services, inland trucking legal weight, etc….)

- Fluent in English is an advantage.

- Possess good qualities, especially Honesty/ Commitment/ Integrity.

- Good communications, presentation and negotiation skills.

- Excellent customer service attitude and skills.

- Work independently or team work with high pressure

工作兴趣

- Salary: 400 - 450 USD /month (Net)
