职位描述

- Lead- Customer representative in order to assure that customer requirements take into account internally and up to date.

- Lead- 4D/ 8D report according to work instruction.

- Ensure- quality of report make by core-team are suitable and on time

- Oversee- Changes management (member of core team).

- Participate- Support production in customer audits.

- Communication- Management of production parts approval by customers.

- Challenge- Training and verification of effectiveness of Production Quality responsible for business unit products.

- Advice- Establish requirements for product audit (parameters to be audited, sampling size, auditors training requirements, etc.).

- Report- Coordinate with Quality Managers to discuss and resolve product quality issues raised by customers.

- Organize- Inform quality management team regarding customer feedback and expectations on product’s quality.

- Explain- Prepare and update all necessary quality reports as required by customers.

- Perform- Address customer quality issues in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction. Update customers in a timely fashion regarding the status of quality issues.

- Manage- Management and communication of general customer requirements (general quality agreements, non-disclosure agreements, etc.)

- Record- Management of access to customer web-based quality-related communication systems (passwords, users profiles, etc.); Internal weekly and monthly report with customer complaint data management.

- Assist- Perform internal production process audit according internal audit plan

- Assist- Other tasks required to support Project/process Quality responsible.

工作要求

- Education: Bachelor Degree in Electronic, Electric or other related fields

- Experience: 2 years in a similar position

- Have knowledge of:

+ 6S

+ Continuously improvement

+ Documentation / record retention

- Have experience or knowledge of Awareness & Internal Auditor IATF 16949 / ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, Zoho/VEGA Flatform, Problem Solving ( A3/8D )

- Good English.
