职位描述

- Responsible for interfacing with the local market teams (Marketing & Category Management) to schedule and manager requirements for the market

- Interface with offshore Marketing Operations team to support the Vietnam business

- Interfact with Principals in Vietnam – Support the translation of requirements coming from the Principals

- Support and operationalize new marketing and innovation requirements coming from the market

- Be responsible for the delivery of growth marketing objectives enabled by the CX Hub

- Report on growth marketing objectives and compaign performance within Vietnam

工作要求

- 7 years of experience in the either digital commerce or sale & marketing, managing channel sales (offline or online)

- Understanding of the sales & marketing functions in a Consumer Goods/ Consumer durables or related industry sectors

- Keen awareness and understanding of the latest relevant digital commerce and marketing trends and happenings

- Background in managing pricing, promotions or similar trade/ marketing activities for consumer facing firms (offline or online) and/ or experience on projects with similar roles

- Exceptionally strong with numbers and data

- Needs to be proficient with MS Excel or similar data processing tools

- Working knowledge of ecommerce platforms (marketplace/ pure-plays ) and their perations

- Experience working with content management systems and online platforms

- Working knowledge of ecommerce platforms and content uploading

- Ability to handle client discussions and relationships with a high degree of independence and manage client expectations on a day-to-day basis

- Highly organized, detail oriented, and results focused
