Mô tả công việc

* Talent Acquisition:

- Develop polices for Talent Acquisition;

- Ensure the selection and placement process to be implemented in accordance with the Company’s recruitment policy and procedure;

- Manage recruiting programs to ensure that all vacancies are timely filled by competent personnel;

- Develop employer branding.

* Learning & Development:

- Develop talent development strategy

- Build the system of career paths for each position and manage the company’s talent pipeline to ensure succession planning;

- Champion the competence management process;

- Create learning culture to shape learning organization.

- Manage training activities of employees;

* Compensation & Benefit:

- Responsible to develop compensation and benefit policy to satisfy HR strategy

- Responsible for payroll process for all staffs in a timely and accurate manner;

- Responsible for implementation of staff benefits to ensure they are in line with Company’s regulations;

* HRIS:

- Build and maintain HR information system to help HR planning as well as HR management activities;

* Administration:

- Control budget for company overhead cost.

- Provide administrative services;

- Manage office services (receptionist, company document control…) in a professional manner;

Yêu cầu công việc

- University graduation in Human Resources or related field;

- Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive;

- People oriented and results driven

- Knowledge of HR systems and databases

- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills

- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills

- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
